According to the London daily Elaph, on the fourth night of the Kuwait festival “Hala Febryer” (Welcome February) fans came just to see one music artist - Hussein Al Jismi.
Egyptian singer Ahmad Al Sharif and Lebanese singer Pascal Mashaalani were also there to celebrate this annual event with the Kuwait people.
Ahmad Al Sharif gave a brief performance, including his old and new songs. Ahmad Also sang “Tobah” (Forgive Me) in honor of the late Egyptian singer Abed Al Halim Hafeth.
Pascal came up on stage next. Critics described her performance as “not that successful,” despite the large number of fans, many of whom left before her performance was done.
When Khaliji singer Al Jismi, loved by all Kuwaitis, came up on stage the packed audience went wild, cheering. Al Jismi saved the night.
