ALBAWABA - Late Iraqi influencer Om Fahad who was shot dead in an attack outside her home in Baghdad's Zayouna district on Friday night Apr. 26, 2024, doesn't seem to catch a break as a disturbing event recently took place shaking local news outlets and social platforms alike.
According to a user on X (formerly known as Twitter) named Iraqi Wazir, After Om Fahad's deceased body arrived at the hospital, the forensic doctor who was responsible for examining her allegedly took personal photos of Om Fahad's deceased body and shared them with his friends causing an uproar across social media.

The pictures were unfortunately spread across social media, Iraqi Wazir claimed that they also received the pictures and explained how horrific they were.
They added, "Now I have received pictures even more horrific. The doctor photographed her entire chest, pictures of sensitive areas of her body, and a picture of her entire back. He photographed the entire body while she was naked. The government must arrest the doctor, dismiss him from service, and prevent him from working."
Users took to the post's comment section and agreed with Iraqi Wazir that the doctor in question must get arrested no matter what. Here's what some had to say about the matter:

Om Fahad whose real name is Ghufran Sawadi was also popular on TikTok garnering half a million followers and is best known for dancing to songs but received many hate comments across her official accounts for modifying her body through plastic surgery and excessive makeup making her an easy target to social media users.
The Ministry of Interior in Iraq launched an investigation to understand the reason for the assassination in question and to find out the culprit behind it.
