Nothing can stop Haifa Wehbe from achieving what she wants... not even Egypt's Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab!

Last year, Mahlab banned the Lebanese singer and actress's hit film "Halawet Rouh" (Rouh's Beauty) from cinemas in Egypt, however, the ban has been lifted this week!

The film's producer Mohammad Al Sabki was ecstatic at the news, saying in a statement feeling "victorious," reported Sayidaty.net.

"This is a victory for the arts and the freedom of expression. The Egyptian court made its decision to lift the ban after forming a committee that gave its true opinion on the film. They said that the film doesn't contain any inappropriate or provocative scenes that are unsuitable for viewing by the general public."

Al Sabki stressed that the former decision to ban the film was unjust and unrealistic, adding that the proof of that was the recent decision to finally allow it to be screened again.

"If the court had seen anything unfit to be viewed in the film, it would not have made the decision to allow it to be screened. Thank God that justice has been served."
