According to users on X (formerly known as Twitter), rumor has it that Ramdan slapped the fan because he took photos of him without asking which resulted in the slap.

Al Arabiya added that Ramadan was seen asking the fan multiple times, "Give me the phone back" and when he refused he got slapped, but unlike Amr Diab's fan who just stood there and didn't do anything, this fan wasted no time and returned the favor instantly by slapping him back.

Mohamed Ramadan took to his official social media and through a video thanked his fans for standing by his side during the incident.

He added, "I'm also in the wrong and I apologize to the kid and his family for slapping him" and then he apologized yet again and emphasized how he was wrong and that he didn't mean to. Moreover, he said that he tried to warn the kid multiple times and just wanted to delete the video that started all of this off the phone.
