A close source to prominent Egyptian comedian actor Sameer Ghanem has denied recent circulating rumors of his death. The source stated that the actor is in great health and there is no basis for the news that was spread over the internet of his sudden illness that led to his death.
The internet network “Rasad” had published on the social network Facebook that Sameer had encountered a severe heart attack leading to his death.
Sameer is due to travel to Jordan next week to attend an honoring ceremony held by the Arab Producers Association. After his Jordan trip, the actor will return to Cairo to hold extensive work session in preparation of his upcoming television drama “Sharbat Louz”, which he will take part in alongside prominent Egyptian actress Yusra.
