ALBAWABA - Rumor has it that Saudi Arabia will allegedly host former Lebanese-American porn star Mia Khalifa in the country causing quite a stir across social media among Arabs and Saudi Arabian people in general.
The rumored news was later revealed to be fabricated by a social media user with the main goal of "worsening the image of Saudi Arabia as a country". The X (formerly Twitter) post in question showed the official account of the Saudi Arabian General Entertainment Authority announcing that they will host Mia Khalifa on Tuesday, Apr. 23, 2024.
Users across X took to their official accounts and comment sections regarding the post and confirmed that the caption was indeed fabricated using Adobe's software Photoshop as they called it "Fake" and "Misleading".

The account spreading false information presents itself as the official Saudi Arabian General Entertainment. However, upon closer inspection, its username, 'karolyn1212', differs from the authentic official account, which is named "GEA-SA".
