After a short visit to Cairo the Syrian actor Tayem Hasan returned to Damascus to continue working on his new social drama series “Al Aar” (Disgrace).
According to the London daily Elaph, the new Syrian drama series is directed by Rasha Sharbatji and Tayem plays the role of a taxi driver.
The series also stars the famous Syrian actors Muna Wasef, Basam Kosa and Khaled Taja.
Tayem was in Cairo for the screening of his first Egyptian cinema film “Michano.” He said that he was very happy with the positive feedback from critics and fans.
In the film Tayem played the role of an engineer who lost his memory.
The film also stars Egyptian actors Khaled Al Sawi and Noor.
The film was written by Wael Hamdi and directed by Mahmoud Kamel.
For the time being Tayem apologized for not being able to star in any new Egyptian television drama series, because he wants to focus on his films.
