Egyptian actor Ahmed Ezz's lawyer Sarah Darwish made some pretty good points this week about his ongoing case with Egyptian actress Zeina, whom she claims to have married in secret and had his twins in 2013.
Although the majority of their fans and fellow celeb friends have taken Zeina's side during their turbulent court hearings, a recent online post by Darwish may have turned things around for her client!
Sarah wrote saying that the Egyptian General Prosecution is convinced that Zeina's witnesses weren't telling the truth during the hearings.
According to the ferocious lawyer, the following points are proof of Ezz's innocence, reported Al Jaras maagzine.
1. During the investigation, Zeina's sister has never mentioned that she was a witness at Zeina and Ezz's wedding. Could she have really forgotten to mention such an important detail?
2. Ezz has never met Zeina's witness "Hazem," so how could he have been a witness at his wedding?
3. How could there not be any pictures of this wedding, regardless of whether it was legal or not? Especially that Zeina has published pictures of their alleged "honeymoon."
4. If they were really married, why would all the witnesses be from Zeina's side and none from Ezz's side? Doesn't make sense.
5. The witnesses' stories about Zeina's wedding dress vary from one person to another. They also vary when it comes to recalling whether Ezz was alone or with friends on his wedding day.
6. Is 38-year-old Zeina really that naive to leave two copies of her marriage contract with Ezz? Those things only happen in black & white Egyptian films!
Sarah told her online followers that Ezz has sworn that if those twins were his, even out of wedlock, he would have taken responsibility for them. He, however, added that he isn't going to take care of another man's children.
