Qatar Petroleum (QP) and The Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies (Shell) signed Sunday in Doha a Heads of Agreement (HOA) for the development of a large-scale Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project located in Ras Laffan City, Qatar.
