Three Kuwaiti troops killed in blast

Three Kuwaiti troops died after a shell went off during military exercises at a camp west of the capital, an army source said, accordiing to the <i>AFP</i>.

The incident took place in a military camp about 100 kilometres west of Kuwait City.
