Morocco signed a partnership agreement with the EU on satellite navigation system Galileo on Tuesday November 8. <i>Le Matin</i> reports that the agreement envisages industrial and scientific cooperation between Morocco and the EU countries as well as the development of specific Galileo applications in Morocco.
