Lebanese singer Elissa had recently received threats of having acid water thrown at her face have led her to seek the help of a number of bodyguards to accompany her where ever she went, in addition to a team of security guards guarding her home round the clock.
Recently, the singer held a grand performance alongside Lebanese singer Wael Kfoury at the Beirut Regency Palace Hotel and had made it a point to have her bodyguards by her side throughout the concert.
A fanatic fan of Lebanese singer Nawal Al Zoughbi had posted a threat on Elissa’s official page on the social network Facebook stating that he will throw acid water and burn her face the moment he sees her in person. The fan also called on all of Nawal’s fans to assist him in implementing his scheme.
