Egyptian belly dancing diva Najwa Foad has revealed that she is currently in the hospital to be treated from a severe back injury that almost made her paralyzed. Najwa said that she is not angry with any of her friends in the entertainment world who totally ignored her and did not wish her a speedy recovery due to their preoccupation with the recent events in Egypt with the January 25 Revolution that overthrew the government of former President Husni Mubarak.
Najwa revealed that she was one of the people that suffered greatly during the era of Husni Mubarak and accused the official Egyptian television channel of completely ignoring her and not including her in any of its programs in the past eight years.
According to the internet website MBC.net, Najwa said that she has been in hospital for the past 40 days and she will remain for 10 to receive treatment after falling on her back as a result of fatigue.
