Tunisian singer Saber Al Ribae has cancelled all performances and work related activities due to the crisis his home country Tunisia, since the revolution against the government of President Bin Ali erupted.
The first cancelation Saber made was a live performance at the Lions Club in Egypt. The singer said that he could not control his feelings over what is happening in Tunisia and as a way of showing support to his people and country he felt it was inappropriate to hold any performances.
Saber also revealed that he is preparing to release a new song for the people of Tunisia as a way of showing his gratitude for their firm stance against the injustices there.
