A judge in Spain indicted a Facebook user on Tuesday as punishment for having sharing a video produced by an Israeli right-wing activist, according to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, which cited a Spanish newspaper in its report.

The music video, which is titled "Kill All The Jews" and was produced in 2014, was intended to be "an experiment in fake Palestinian activism," according to its creator, Orit Arfa, an artist, journalist and right-wing activist from Tel Aviv.

Although the video's Vimeo page lists it as satire in capital letters, the judge in Spain seems to have not realized this when he indicted the unnamed Facebook user for "incitement to violence" on Tuesday.

"This israel, it is a crime/ Bring it down, for all time! / Shake them out, out of their beds/ And then it's off, off with their heads!" the song goes.

Though the video was allegedly removed from Facebook and YouTube, it has over 320,000 views on Vimeo.

Arfa has been involved in pro-Israeli activism for years: In 2005, during the Israeli disengagement from Gaza, she traveled to the settlement bloc of Gush Katif to lend support to Israeli settlers who were being forcibly evacuated from their homes by the military.
