Many Muslims are lamenting the deadly attacks this Ramadan, including recent ones in Baghdad and Istanbul. But one Turkish man apparently thought it would be a good idea to falsely say he was going to blow up a Turkish mosque before dozens of worshippers, The Daily Mail reports.

During prayers Friday, a Turkish man apparently climbed onto the stage at the Sabanci mosque in Adnana, Turkey and shouted “I will blow myself up!” In footage obtained by The Daily Mail, the worshippers quickly grew angry upon finding out he didn’t actually have a bomb. Some men dragged him out of the mosque, and  even began to beat him outside.

Police ultimately came and stopped the attack, and also arrested detained the fake suicide bomber for questioning.

Turkey is currently on edge following last week’s tragedy at Istanbul Ataturk Airport which saw 44 people die in a gun and bomb attack. Turkish authorities believe Daesh (ISIS) to be behind the attack, and have detained 44 people in relation to it thus far.
