By now the conversation about whether everyday Muslims support Daesh (ISIS) is a painfully tired one. Every major terror attack in Western countries seems to be met equally with waves of Islamophobia and prominent Muslims figures decrying the hijacking of their religion by extremism.

But if you need more convincing, a video from the UK's Channel 4 News should do the trick. The short clip follows a group of hate-mongering British Islamists who perch in front of mosques and on sidewalks in the British capital trying to push an extremist interpretation of Islam. Often, the group's been accused of supporting Daesh and al-Qaeda. And while they deny outright support, the do admit to sympathies.

Their speeches draw from the kind of rhetoric we've come to expect from people like Donald Trump and plenty of other fearmongers in Western countries—the idea that Muslims are not welcome. This of course, only serves to drive communities farther apart.

But the good news is this: of all the vocal critics of these extremist platforms? British Muslims.
