Saudi King Abdullah warned Friday in a public address that security forces will "hit" whoever "considers" undermining the kingdom's security and stability. "You are the hitting hand against whoever considers undermining the nation's security and stability," King Abdullah said, addressing Saudi security forces.

Following his speech, the Saudi TV published a special royal order for the establishment of an anti-corruption committee to fight graft.

The Saudi king also ordered a SR2,000 (US$530) monthly stipend for job seekers and a bonus for employees in public institutions. King Abdullah also ordered the allocation of SR16 billion for implementing new health projects.

He also ordered the creation of 60,000 military jobs in the interior ministry and allocated 200 million riyals for the religious police.
