The Libyan Leader's son, Saif al-Islam has vowed to strongly hit the hands of those who wish to topple his father, saying that "victory" will arrive soon. He stated that the weapons and the potential exist to defend Libya.

Gaddafi's son appeared Monday on the top of a military vehicle, holding a gun in his hand, and invites a group of security forces to show their strength in the face of the "outlaws." He was seen in a video loaded to YouTube.

He said in an attempt to incite his crowd against the rebels: "There are reports that police had joined the rioters … Today we will show them that the police are with Libya," adding "that the support is coming from the weapons and capabilities."

Saif al-Islam told his crowd: "Today we invite you to defend Libya," adding: "Tonight we will show them in Tripoli and we will fight them," while his supporters chanted "The people want Muammar the colonel."
