Ramallah, for example, receives more annual rainfall than London, and the Jordan Valley is well known for its abundant natural resources and soil fertility. In fact, water is plentiful in Palestine, unlike the wider Middle East.
Israel knows this. To quench its thirst for these resources, the Israeli government has exerted complete control over Palestinian water supplies.
