Israeli Deputy Defense Minister Ephraim Sneh said Thursday that Israel holds Yasser Arafat's Palestinian Authority responsible for the bomb blast that ripped through the heart of west Jerusalem, killing two people including at least one suspected bomber.
"The responsibility here lies with the Palestinian Authority which released Hamas activists," Sneh told public television.
Israel has been on high alert for attacks after the Palestinian Authority released dozens of Islamic militants last month -- JERUSALEM (AFP)
