ALBAWABA - Jacob Shmuel Boteach who is best known as Rabbi Shmuley recently went viral across social media after he shared a video of him with only a towel on his waist as he claimed to be fleeing a hotel due to alleged bombardment amid the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023.
In the video, he referred to the bombardment as "constant booms" with users on X (Formerly known as Twitter) calling him things like an "overreactor" and a "drama queen" who makes everything about himself.

Several users took to comment sections and discussed the matter at hand with many comments mocking Shmuley for "overreacting" in reference to the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza which resulted in the killing of at least 41,000 Palestinians of whom are children and the injuring of more than 95,000. Here's what some of them had to say:
One user wrote, "I bet he dressed down to a towel, just to make the video!"
Another added, "What a drama queen…. Such an annoying piece of sh*t."
Moreover, someone added, "They honestly put a sign saying shelter on a staircase with a dozen people scattered about...looks like the usual staged Zionist playing victim bullsh*t."
During the video, Rabbi Shmuley was heard saying, "I'm dressed in a towel running to try to get to (inaudible) again from the constant booming." He added, "Look the hotel is empty, I'm looking for the safe. This is absolutely terrifying" while he panned down to show that he was only wearing a towel.
Shmuley has been quite vocal about being pro-Israel across the internet during the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023. So much so that he was a guest on shows like Piers Morgan Uncensored to debate with pro-Palestine activists about the matter.
