Samsung Electronics Levant meets with Samsung Media Family for the second time in 2011

Samsung Electronics Levant, the world leader in consumer electronics and digital technology, organized a media gathering for the members of Samsung Media Family for the second time this year to showcase Samsung’s first quarter achievements and highlight the latest products. This event was held on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Le Meridien Hotel - Amman.

The gathering included presentations from each division including the IT, CE, and HHP divisions, to inform about the latest products available in the market and highlight the first quarter accomplishments. 

Additionally, the Samsung IT department also launched the newest line of LFD screens and gave the media a chance to experience all the capabilities the screens offer. Media members were able to test out the screens in various modes to understand the functionality of this fantastic business solution.

During the event, Samsung highlighted their regional partnership with the Generations For Peace, the international sport for peace and development organization founded by HRH Prince Feisal.  From their headquarters here in Amman, and supported by the research work of the Generations For Peace Institute, Generations For Peace programs support young change-makers to implement sport for peace and development activities in 46 countries and territories around the world.
