The UAE National Day is a yearly event that takes place on 2 December in all of the seven Emirates. Today the UAE marks its 49th anniversary.
In 1971 all the six small Gulf kingdoms of Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Sharjah, and Umm Al-Quwain joined together to form one federation, later Ras Al Khaimah joined the union.
Middle East countries have sent good thoughts to UAE rulers celebrating its National Day. Google has also shared new Doodle to mark the event. As well the Israeli Prime Minister Netanyhau congratulated UAE 'our new friend' on its National Day.
