Laurent Blanc has confirmed he will be in the French capital on Monday to discuss taking over as coach of Paris Saint-Germain.
The former France trainer spoke to members of the press at a charity match on Sunday, revealing his intention to strike a deal with the les Parisiens.
"I'll be in Paris on Monday to discuss a deal," he announced. "There is a good chance that I will sign."
"I cannot say much more for now, we'll know more later in the week.
"PSG is a great opportunity for me, it's a great club. [The project] is very interesting. I'm going to do what I want to do - and that's train."
The 47-year-old will take over from Carlo Ancelotti, who is widely expected to be named Jose Mourinho's successor at Real Madrid in the coming weeks.
