Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has been advised to move to Real Madrid by his representatives.

The Norway international missed out on the Ballon d'Or and FIFA's The Best award despite winning the treble last season with City.

Haaland scored 52 goals last season and played a key role in his team's achievements, but was unable to claim the Ballon d'Or or The Best award that went both went to Lionel Messi.

Therefore, people close to the 23-year-old have advised him to consider a switch to Real Madrid if he truly wants to become the best player in the world, as per AS.

The young striker who has been linked with Los Blancos earlier reportedly has a release clause in his deal at that allows him to leave for a lower price.
