Barcelona boss Hansi Flick is urging the club to join the race for Bayern Munich left-back Alphonso Davies, as reported by BILD.
The Canadian star who is off contract in June, has previously worked with the German manager when he was in charge of Bayern.
Flick is keen on bringing his former player to Barca next season, however, Real Madrid are leading the race for the 24-year-old.
Bayern are also working on extending Davies' deal, but the Canada international is yet to provide them with an answer.
The left-back has 11 goals and 34 assists in 210 appearances for the Bundesliga giants across all competitions.
