Frank Lampard linked with Al-Fateh job

Former Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is being linked with a potential move to take over at Saudi Pro League side Al-Fateh.

Asharq Al-Awsat says the SPL club is keen on signing the English boss.

Al-Fateh sit bottom of the league with only five points from nine games, and boss Jens Gustafsson could be sacked in the coming days, despite being appointed in August. 

Lampard has been unemployed since leaving Chelsea on Jun 30, 2023.

Michael Emenalo, recruitment chief of the SPL is reportedly pushing to bring the 46-year-old to Saudi Arabia.

The former Blues star has also been linked with Serie A giants AS Roma.
