Tottenham are planning to sign Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher this month, as reported by The Athletic.
The London-based club is hoping to convince its neighbor to sell the 23-year-old before the winter market deadline.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are believed to be willing to let Gallagher go due to Financial Fair Play pressure.
They will allow the England international to leave if they were to receive £50 million in the coming days.
Newcastle United are also being linked with Gallagher who has provided six assists in 28 games at Chelsea this season thus far.
