According to the internet website MBC.net, Ahlam had taken part in the February Stars Cruise that combined a number of Arab artists on a ten day cruise between Miami and the Bahamas. While on the cruise, Ahlam had numerous photos taken.
Ahlam said that due to the fact that her recent pregnancy was high risk, doctors had prescribed a number of medications that part of their side effects is weight gain. She added that her doctors stressed that she must rest for a very long period before having more children.
