After an absence from Syrian drama for over a year, young Syrian actress Dima Baia''ah returns to star in two dramas that will be aired during the holy month of Ramadan. The first drama Dima will take part in is “Al Wiladah Min Al Khasira2” (Birth from the waist 2) that is directed by Rasha Sharbatji. The drama’s name has been changed from “Al Wiladah Min Al Khasira” to “Sa’at Al Jamr” (hours of ember). This will mark the second cooperation between Dima and Rasha after the previous drama “As’ad Al Waraq”.
Dima will playing the role of ‘Sana’ that was previously played by Syrian actress Taj Haydar in the first part.
Once Dima completes filming the scenes for the drama in Damascus, she will return to Dubai, where she resides, and begin preparations to film the fourth part of the drama “Sabaya” (The Girls). All episodes of the drama will be filmed in Dubai under the direction of Saif Al Shaikh Najeeb.
On a different note, Dima had gotten a divorce from Syrian actor Tayem Hassan a few months ago without revealing the reasons behind the split. The two have assured that despite the divorce, they remained good friends.
