This year, Egyptian singer Mohammad Muneer will be spending New Year’s Eve away from his fans and will remain home. The reason from Muneer’s absence from the concert scene this New Year’s Eve is due to the fact that he had just undergone surgery and his doctors ordered him to remain home and get as much rest as possible.
The singer’s operation was a very difficult and sensitive one that lasted for over four hours and was done in Germany. Muneer’s doctors have told him that he must take a break for at least six weeks to fully recover.
On a different note, poet Abd Al Rahman Al Banudi has completed writing a new song for Muneer titled “Ya Hamam” (Oh pigeons). The song is composed by Mohammad Raheem. Muneer has revealed that he strongly believes the song will accomplish significant success once he records and releases it. The singer is very confident of the song’s success due to the fact that all songs written by Abd Al Rahman are known to have a unique sense of style that reaches the hearts of listeners.
