Wataniya Airways enhances its online booking management system

Wataniya Airways, Kuwait’s best airline, has announced that guests who have bought tickets through www.wataniyaairways.com  can now make changes to their flight bookings online. The new service covers all Wataniya Airways flights as well as those to other European destinations through Wataniya Airline’s code-share agreement with Austrian Airlines.

John Morgan, Wataniya Airways’ Chief Commercial Officer said: “Wataniya Airways’ website combines integrated online booking capabilities with innovative travel booking solutions.  As Kuwait’s best airline, we continually strive to provide excellence in all our services and look for new ways to make improvements and refinements whenever possible.  The website enhancements we have announced today are part of this service commitment and will provide our guests with greater control over ticket bookings, increased flexibility and improved value.”

 The new system allows guests who have purchased tickets using the  website, to change their booking arrangements.  Guests who want to make additional changes, will need to visit a Wataniya Airways’ sales office or phone the airline’s call centre on 118.

In addition to online booking and online check-in, guests using the website can chat online with Wataniya Airways Guest Service agents to get immediate answers about their reservations or other services.  Guests can also sign up for Wataniya Airways’ e-newsletter which will keep them up to date with the latest Wataniya Airways news and offers via their e-mail.
