The annual general meeting of Aldar Properties failed to take place on Sunday due to the lack of a voting quorum and will now be held on Saturday, the company said in a statement.
Shareholders had been requested to meet at the Abu Dhabi Officers Club to approve the report of the board of directors and its financial position for the financial year ended December 31, 2005, the balance sheet and profit and loss account, the report of the auditors of the company, shareholders' dividends proposed by the board and the appointment and approval of the auditors' remuneration for the financial year 2006.
