Australian property developer Sunland Group Ltd's joint venture partner in Dubai, Gulf Resources and Emirates International Holdings Ltd, has entered an agreement with Dubai Properties for the purchase of land at Arabian Bays totalling $134 million.
The Dubai government is planning to develop an exhibition and cultural centre on the site. "Acquisition of the land is a key milestone for the group's overseas expansion," Sunland said, according to AAP.
