A BD17 million four-star hotel is to be built in central Manama by BMMI, it was revealed Tuesday. The deluxe hotel will be established in the old facilities of the BMMI headquarters, near Bab Al Bahrain.

BMMI will found a new company, the Banader Hotels Company, to run the project.

The new company, with a capital of BD15 million, will be floated in September, said BMMI chairman Abdulla Buhindi, according to GDN. It will be built in 40,000 square feet.

The first three floors of the hotel will be a car park, which can take up to 200 cars, said Mr Buhindi.
