Managing Director of Wynard Estates Nabeeh Marar said there were investment opportunities for Gulf investors in a number of British towns according to specialized studies and statistics. Wynar Estates is showcasing its residential projects in Kuwait at a real estate exhibition in Regency Palace hotel on April 11-15, Marar said.
In an interview with KUNA, Marar said the prices of real estate in Britain have gone up while lands in other areas are projected to rise due to the presence of proper infrastructure and adequate population.
