William J. Clinton, 42nd President of the USA, will speak via videocast at the international leadership summit Leaders in Dubai, to be held in Dubai on November 28 – 29.

President Clinton joins eight other business and political headline names, including Mikhail Gorbachev, former leader of the Soviet Union, in the debate on leadership best practices.

During President Clinton’s administration from 1993 to 2001, the USA enjoyed more peace and economic wellbeing than at any time in its history, and he was the first Democratic president since Franklin D. Roosevelt to win a second term.

Tina Schneidermann, president of the event organisers Leading Minds, said: “Clinton’s record in government is second to none. He can lay claim to the lowest unemployment rate in modern times, the lowest inflation in 30 years, the highest home ownership in the country's history, and plunging crime rates in many cities."
