The National Company for Investments invited 10 companies to submit their bids on May 28, 2005 regarding the contract for construction Abu Dhabi Vermont Hotel, with its villas and park which belong to the project, reported the Emirate newspaper Al-Bayan on April 3, 2005.
The project is located in Qaser al-Amwaj (breakwater) region next to Marina Mall. The Project's cost is estimated at $100 million, and time of its accomplishment will last for 24 months.
