Dubai: Land deals on Tuesday

The total value of land transactions in Dubai Tuesday peaked at Dhs50.94 millions of which sales exceeded Dhs25 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs26 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 11 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Suq Al Kabeer that was sold for Dhs5.85 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Mezhar First acquired for the sum of Dhs3.05 million and another in Emirates Hills First for Dhs2.1 million

 

The Emirates Hills First area was the most active in terms of the day sales, with 6 transactions. Al Mezhar First followed it with one deal.

 

During  the period, Emirates Hills First recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs12.15 million, followed by the Al Suq Al Kabeer area, Dhs5.85 million, and Al Mezhar First area, Dhs3.05 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 15000 sq ft in the Al Mezhar First area, which went for Dhs3.05 million. A 11043.33 sq ft plot in the Emirates Hills First Area was acquired for Dhs2.1 million, while 10779.62 sq ft of Emirates Hills First was disposed of for Dhs2.1 million.

 

During the period under review 26 mortgages worth Dhs26 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs5 million for an area at Al Suq Al Kabeer. There was another for Dhs2.44 million on an area in Emirates Hills First.
