The value of land transactions registered on 09-04-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dh 93 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department. The single biggest plot sold was 753455 sq feet at Al Lusaily for the sum of Dh 5.6 million. The second biggest was the 52,416 sq. feet area in Al Garhoud that sold for Dh 25 million.
