Egyptian medical company to increase exports to Yemen and Iraq

The Egyptian Holding Company for Medicine is expected to export medicines worth $2.5 million to Yemen in the upcoming months. According to a report by the Xinhua News Agency, by the end of November, this company is scheduled to promote its products in a medical exhibition to be held in Sana’a. 

 

Additional connections held by the company within the region are with Iraq. The first company to hold a scientific research office in Baghdad, the Egyptian Holding Company presented its products in the Baghdad International Fair. Furthermore, as part of the UN oil-for-food plan, this company intends to sell medicines worth $5 million to Iraq by the end of 2000. — (Albawaba-MEBG)
