Emaar is developing over 100 million square feet of residential, commercial, retail and leisure properties in Dubai and currently has more than 20,000 homeowners, said Namaan Attallah, EMAAR, director sales, at a event organised by Dubai Property Group (DPG).
According to Khaleej ATimes, Attallah reviewed all EMAAR current projects in Dubai at the event, including the Dubai Marina, Emirates Hills and Arabian Ranches, as well as Burj Dubai project that comprises Downtown Dubai, which covers an area of 45 million square feet with 30,000 apartments and 9 Hotels, The Dubai Mall project which covers an area of 3.8 million square feet with 1,200 shops and an expected footfall of 35 million visitors a year.
In addition, Attallah spoke about The Residences project, The Old Town, The Boulevard and the Business Park, all a part of Burj Dubai.
