Dubai shares closed at 11-month lows for the second consecutive day on Monday, Gulf News reported. Emaar Properties closed flat at Dh17.30. The UAE's market leader led the Dubai market up in early trading, reaching Dh17.65 before an end-of-day sell-off pushed it down to a last trade of Dh17.10.
