Gold prices were up on Monday morning after the US dollar index slipped 0.2%.
Spot gold was up 0.49% at $1,787.18 per ounce at 9.15am UAE time.

In the UAE, 24K was trading at Dh216.5 per gram at the opening of the market on Sunday(10 grams = Dh2165) while 22K was trading at Dh203.5, 21K at Dh194.25, and 18K at Dh166.5 per gram.
