The Department of Civil Aviation Dubai welcomed the inaugural KLM Boeing 777 flight from Amsterdam on February 28, 2004.
Ambassador to United Arab Emirates from the Netherlands (UAE) David Dewaal and senior management from DCA, DNATA and KLM were present at the inaugural ceremony.
The new Boeing 777 has 290 seats in economy and 31 seats in business class. Initially the aircraft will be put into use twice a week which at a later stage is expected to be put into operation daily. — (menareport.com)
