Dubai International Company, a Dubai Holding subsidiary, said it will name a new manager for its project "Dubai Towers", which is planned to be constructed in Istanbul. The costs of the project will hit $500 million, reported the Emirate newspaper Al-Bayan on October 30.
The project, which was announced on October 24, includes a complex of two twin towers, office services, a fancy hotel, dwelling and services apartments and a commercial center. The towers are expected to include 50 to 100 floors, while their exact height was not revealed yet.
Works on the project, which will be located at the European side of the city, are expected to start at the first quarter of 2006 and to end in 2008.
