Kuwait Finance and Investment Company (KFIC) agreed with the Manama-based Gulf Taamir firm to jointly establish a commercial project in Bahrain, Kuwait stock exchange (KSE) announced Monday.
According to KUNA, the project, to spread over nearly 185,000 square meters, will include a commercial center, entertainment facilities, food court and offices for commercial use, KSE said in a statement.
The investments in the project, to be dubbed Al-Areen, will amount to US$750 million. It will also consists of medical facilities.
