Kuwait: Marketing launch of new housing project starts

The Kuwait-based international real estate company "Al-Arjan" announced the marketing launch of its new project in Hadiya region in attractive prices, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper, <i>Al-Qabas</i> on April 10. The project is expected to end after 18 months, with a total value of KD4 million ($13.69 million).


According to the general manager of the company, Ghazal al-Mufti, the project is located on the main Street of Hadiya and King Fahd Road, and is composed of 28 villas on a total area of 12,000 square meters. The villas area is ranged between 400 and 600 square meters and the prices will start from KD 116,500 ($ 398,836).


Al-Mufti added that offering Hadiya houses in attractive prices comes within the framework of the basic strategy of the company, which aims to contribute in solving the housing problem in Kuwait.
