Kuwait's Al Massaleh Real Estate will showcase their first project in the UAE, the development of a thirty level office complex, at Cityscape 2006.
Each level of the new project will be 1,200 square meters, in addition to four levels of parking, according to Khaleej Times.
The location of the landmark office tower will be located at the Business Bay area near Burj Dubai, chosen due to its proximity to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the World Trade Centre, and the Conference Centre.
